I find that the more annoying dreams are the ones that distort reality after they fade away. To wake and wake and wake just before waking is somewhat disruptive but to be unsure as to whether you were dreaming or simply dreaming that you were dreaming is something of an oddity. To wake up and remember waking up in the middle of a dream (a dream set in Silent Hill no less, although sadly the atmosphere in the dream was lacking when compared to the games) and upon conisderation you canot tell if the dream was of Silent Hill or the dream was of waking up and remembering a dream of Silent Hill.
